SAAK Engineering offer a range of cleaning services to businesses from a variety of industries, including confined spaces, silo, food hygiene and plant and equipment cleaning, to rope access and building maintenance.
Our specialist cleaning services cover all silos, bins, hoppers, filters, tanks and ancillary equipment, removing residues such as animal feed products, flour, sugar, salt, grain, fat, oils and any other raw material.
Our staff are fully conversant with all Health & Safety requirements, using a variety of specialist tools and skills including monitoring equipment, escape sets, breathing apparatus and rescue kit.
Standard cleaning uses dry methods (ATEX safe vacuum, brushes & scrappers) to clean the interior surfaces of silos. This may be undertaken at an “as and when” basis, or scheduled intervals through a monthly silo maintenance plan.
Condition reports
We provide a detailed condition report to every customer as part of our cleaning service, including photographic evidence, which can be used for traceability and compliance.
Following condition reports, SAAK will support your business through our silo repair and refurbishment offer, organising all remedial works that may be required to prolong the life of your equipment. This includes rust treatment, silo sheet replacement, structural works, ground fixings and Health & Safety compliancy works.
